Story / Background
Written during Smidge's songwriting retreat in Whistler, British Columbia (2019). A comment made by drum tech and backup singer Kimberley "Kimmy" Baker prompted lead singer Andy "Angel" Angrath to come up with the chorus and opening lines, after which the band worked on the song together.
