Character

Douglas "Dagger" Meyers is Lightning's rockabilly lead guitarist. Dagger is the oldest member of the band because he failed two grades in school before it was discovered he has dyslexia. Much like Kat, Dagger is level headed. He's usually the quietest member because he prefers assessing situations before speaking out. Because of this, he has the ability to read people very well. His mother is a psychologist and during the time Lightning is no longer performing, Dagger goes to college, eventually earning a doctorate degree and becoming a psychologist himself. Dagger is very much into the rockabilly style and drives a restored antique Cadillac.

Physical Appearance

A blonde pompadour with big brown puppy dog eyes. He's the second tallest member of the band at six feet tall. Over the years, he has covered his arms, chest, and back with a myriad of tattoos. Dagger is also very slim despite his very healthy appetite.

Trivia

The author's muse for Dagger is Brian Setzer of The Stray Cats.

Dagger's older brother gave him his first tattoo which was a crude looking dagger, hence his nickname.

Dagger is the only member of the band without a "best friend" within the band. He considers himself everyone's best friend.
