Velocity

Velocity is an American rock band formed in the Tampa, Florida suburbs by childhood friends: Ash Taylor, Bryce Cooper and Leo Danger. They saw local success right away as a Papa Roach tribute band, but were unable to earn a spot on a US tour with original music. Soon after the famous guitarist, Ian Tate, joined the band, they found success. Velocity then became known as "Ian Tate’s new band." Once their first album, Bright Side, hit number two on the Billboard 200 chart, that nickname faded out of existence.
